Selection Procedure
The selection process for BISS involves several stages to ensure that only the most qualified applicants are chosen. Below is an overview of the procedures:
- Administrative Selection
- After submitting your application, the admissions team will review all submitted documents to ensure they meet the eligibility criteria and are complete.
- Applicants who meet the requirements will move to the next stage.
- The results of this stage will be announced on 18 March 2025.
- Interview for Selected Applicants
- Shortlisted candidates from the administrative selection will be invited for an online interview.
- The interview will assess your academic background, motivation, and readiness to join Universitas Brawijaya.
- The interview is scheduled for 25–26 March 2025.
- Admission Decision
- The results of the interview will be used to make the final admission decisions.
- Successful applicants will be announced on 17 April 2025.
- Confirmation and Re-registration
- Selected applicants must confirm their acceptance and complete re-registration between 21–25 April 2025.
