- Depending on your origin, the scholarship will cover your economy class round-trip ticket up to a maximum amount. For students from nearby ASEAN nations, this is capped at 8,500 Baht, approximately $240. Students from other Asian countries can expect up to 12,000 Baht which is approximately $340 per flight leg. For those coming from Europe, Australia, New Zealand, or Africa, the maximum coverage is 20,000 Baht, approximately $570 per flight leg. The scholarship will cover the most for students traveling from North or South America, with a maximum of 30,000 Baht, and this is approximately $850 per flight leg.
- In addition to airfare, the scholarship will cover your tuition fees at the university. However, it’s important to note that faculty-specific fees, special program fees, and summer session costs are not included. You’ll need to discuss these additional expenses directly with your chosen faculty or program.
- To help with your living expenses, the scholarship also provides a monthly stipend of 16,000 Baht, this is around $450. This amount is intended to cover your basic needs such as food, transportation, and local entertainment.
