Scholarship Benefits
Successful applicants of the Kochi University of Technology Special Scholarship Program 2025–2026 will receive the following support:
- Full exemption from entrance examination fee (15,000 yen), enrollment fee (300,000 yen), and tuition (535,800 yen/year) for three years.
- A monthly stipend of 150,000 yen to cover living expenses.
- 150,000 yen for travel and initial living costs (for international students living outside Japan).
- Access to English research writing courses (for first and second year students).
- Japanese language classes and cultural activities.
- Support from tutors for academic and daily matters.
- Help in securing single accommodation within the university’s International House or Takasone Dormitory.
Eligibility Criteria
